Problem
I was hired by the Medically Advanced Devices Laboratory at UCSD to devise an automated code pipeline that could analyze the motion of high-speed fluid droplet ejections for a research paper. The resulting code allowed our team to analyze 1000's of videos in a timely and accurate manner.

Solution
The solution involved a script that could analyze a folder of videos frame by frame. The script first utilized ImageJ to segment out and track the droplet in each frame, then used Python to analyze the droplet's motion and conduct fluid dynamics/generate plots.
